Ted has been a valued member of the State Farm team since 2008 and currently serves as the Office Manager. In this capacity, he oversees community outreach initiatives, employee development programs, and customer appointments, with a strong emphasis on educating customers. A long-time resident of the Federal Way area for over 40 years, Ted takes great pleasure in fostering personal relationships within the community, with many customers becoming close friends.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Ted enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. He is actively involved in volunteering efforts within his community and church. Additionally, Ted has a passion for growing large vegetables and engaging in various outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, swimming, and cliff diving in the wild waters of the Pacific Northwest. His adventurous spirit and commitment to community well-being make him an exceptional life insurance agent in our office.

Laura has been an invaluable member of our team since 2010, serving as our Customer Relations Representative. With a warm and friendly demeanor, she consistently goes above and beyond to assist our customers with their insurance needs. Laura’s dedication extends beyond customer interactions; she diligently works behind the scenes to ensure our office operates smoothly, thereby enabling our team to perform at their height.

Beyond her professional commitments, Laura enjoys an active lifestyle. She can often be found walking her dog along the river, kayaking with friends, or trail running with her family. Her passion for serving others also extends to her community. At home, her husband and three sons frequently enjoy the fruits of her love for cooking and baking.

Dulce has been an invaluable member of our team, bringing over six years of experience to the agency. As a bilingual professional, she is dedicated to supporting small businesses and our Latino customers.

Gina is also fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her spouse and children, both human and furry.
